These Breeze End User Terms of Service are a legal agreement with Juspay Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the laws of India, located at Stallion Business Center, 444, 18th Main Rd, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru-560095. Juspay Technologies Private Limited has developed and technology based end-to-end checkout checkout services in the name and style as Breeze (hereinafter referred to as Breeze, we or us) and you, the user of service (you). By using the Breeze services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
TERMS OF USE
Breeze is the simplest way to shop online since you are only one click away from checkout on an e-commerce website/application (Breeze Services). The services developed or provided by Breeze, is an end-to-end checkout platform, a technology that makes it easier for e-commerce merchants on the internet to provide seamless checkout experience and collect payment from individuals like you. Breeze Services also makes it easy for you to store your address, payment credentials like credit cards, debit cards, wallets, etc. (Payment Credentials) with Breeze for providing instant checkout services on e-commerce websites or applications of the Merchants' associated with Breeze (Merchants).
If you are a Merchant, please see the Merchant Agreement Terms found at (link to merchant agreement) which are the terms that apply to you in your capacity as a Merchant.
USING BREEZE SERVICES
You may choose to create a (Breeze Account) when you are browsing products through the Merchant's website or application, or initiating your purchase using Breeze on the product page of the Merchant and you will be able to complete all steps including selecting a saved shipping/billing address or adding a new shipping/billing address and selecting payment method including COD (if you provide COD), to complete a transaction on a Merchant's website or application that has Breeze Services enabled. As a first time user of Breeze, you will be required to enter identifying information, such as your name, address, email address and your mobile phone number (Breeze Credentials), and your Payment Credential and we will store such information. The information you submit in connection with payment as well as any other information saved with the Merchant and passed to us to affect your payment (collectively, Information) may be made a part of your Breeze Credentials that can be used for future purchases. Your Breeze Account remembers important details like name, address, email, shipping and payment information, so you get a one click, passwordless experience that effortlessly moves you through the purchase process.
Any amendment or rectification of your Breeze Credentials or Payment Credentials in your Breeze Account can be carried out by accessing the "My account" section on this Website. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs in or through your Breeze Account and Breeze shall assume no liability for any loss or damage incurred by You as a result of any failure on your part to protect your Breeze Account access.
HOW BREEZE PROTECTS YOUR PRIVACY
By accessing or using Breeze Services, you agree that your use of the Breeze Services is subject to the Breeze Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Service. You should be aware that your data may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.
When you complete your purchase using your Breeze Services, your payment information is encrypted and stored securely in a token vault used for transactions.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
By using the Services, You represent, warrant, and agree to the following:
By using Breeze Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will not use Breeze Services for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose.
You may not provide information that you don't have the right to use, or another person's name with the intent to impersonate that person or attempt, in any manner, account, or other security information from any other user.
You will only use the Services for your own internal, personal, non-commercial use, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party, and only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws including export laws.
You will not share your account with anyone, and you must protect the security of your account details. You are responsible for the security of the device through which your Breeze Account is logged in and any activity associated with your account.
A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the Services. Breeze reserves the right to bar any such activity and to pursue damages from you for such activity as set forth herein.
COMMUNICATIONS AND AUTOMATED SERVICES
General Transactional Communications: By using the Services, you agree to receive necessary transactional communications from us. This includes emails, text messages (SMS), and push notifications related to your account security, payment receipts, order status updates, and other essential service-related announcements.
Automated Order Confirmation Service: To enhance delivery accuracy and reduce returns, we provide an automated order confirmation service ("Breeze Buddy") on behalf of the Merchants you transact with. By accepting these Terms of Service and providing your cellular telephone number, you explicitly consent and expressly agree to receive automated, interactive voice calls to the number you provide.
Purpose: The sole purpose of these calls is transactional: to confirm your name, the items in your recent order, and your delivery address. These calls will not contain any promotional or marketing content.
Functionality: During these calls, the automated assistant may offer you the ability to confirm or update your delivery address based on your voice responses. You are responsible for clearly and accurately providing any updated information. To ensure accuracy, the system may repeat the information back to you for final confirmation.
Call Recording: For purposes of quality assurance, training, and to maintain an accurate record of your order confirmation and any address changes you authorize, you acknowledge that these automated calls may be recorded. Where legally required, your specific consent to be recorded will be obtained at the beginning of the call.
Right to Withdraw Consent and Opt-Out: You have the right to withdraw your consent for these automated calls at any time. You can manage your communication preferences and opt-out through your Breeze Account settings. The process to withdraw consent will be comparable in ease to the process by which it was given. Please note that withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of any calls made based on your consent before its withdrawal. Opting out may limit your ability to use the automated address confirmation feature.
PAYMENT TERMS
Anytime you click pay on the Services, you are authorizing us to process payment through your pre-selected or chosen payment instrument or to debit such amounts from your payment instrument saved with your Breeze Account (as applicable), against purchase of the products or services from such Merchant's website and deposit them into the Merchant's account. If you complete a purchase with recurring payments, you authorize Breeze to charge the payment instrument you used for the initial purchase for each reoccurrence.
When storing your payment information into your Breeze Account, you agree that such stored Payment Credentials shall be used to make payment for the product or services you are purchasing on such Merchant website or application through Breeze Services. When you complete a transaction using your Breeze Account, you agree that Breeze may use the Information stored in your Breeze Account to initiate the payment process with the Merchant for your transaction and to fulfill the order.
A payment request does not necessarily assure that we will accept your request. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any request in our sole discretion.
In order for Breeze to verify your authority to use a particular payment method, card, you may be required to provide a mobile phone number and enter the One Time Passcode (OTP) that is sent to that mobile phone number. We may require additional information to complete your order.
Once we receive a properly completed payment request from you and authorized by your card issuer/issuing bank, payment network or other financial institution, authorization of your form of payment is received and your order is accepted, we will promptly place your order in line for fulfillment with the Merchant.
These Terms do not alter the Terms you've agreed to with a Breeze enabled Merchant, except with respect to the direct relationship between you and Breeze.
YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH MERCHANTS
You are purchasing goods and/or services from the Merchant and your purchase is governed by any Merchant terms and conditions offered or any contract between you and the Merchant. You must contact the Merchant to resolve any issues you have with respect to the goods and services you ordered or purchased from such Merchant, including any issues relating to shipping and delivery, product warranty, product return, refund, exchange, and the terms of any agreements you entered into with the Merchant in connection with your order or purchase. You acknowledge and agree that Breeze is not responsible for any of these issues.
You also acknowledge and agree that Breeze is not in any way responsible for the quality,
usability, or any other element of the goods or services you order or purchase from a
Merchant. You acknowledge that Breeze does not endorse any goods or services offered for
sale on Merchant websites linked to the Breeze Services or website. Breeze does not warrant
the accuracy or reliability of any information or marketing messages contained in Merchant
websites linked to the Breeze Services or website.
If you have any disputes with regards to your rights through your credit/debit card issuer,
issuing bank or any other financial institution who have issued your payment instrument, all
such disputes filed with your credit/debit card issuer bank or any other financial
institution as the case may be, shall be between you and such other entity, and Breeze shall
not be held liable for such disputes.
You agree that we can make information about your purchase available to the Merchant through a Merchant dashboard and/or our API in order to fulfill your order.
OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
You acknowledge and agree that the Breeze Services, including, without limitation, any content, website, social media handles, service modifications, enhancements, features and updates, any originals and copies thereof, and all intellectual property rights (collectively, Proprietary Information), is owned by Breeze and its suppliers, as applicable. The Proprietary Information contains valuable copyrighted and proprietary material of Breeze. You have no rights in the Proprietary Information, other than the rights and licenses specifically granted to you pursuant to these Terms.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You're free to terminate your Breeze Account at any time by writing to us at hello@breeze.in. We may maintain backup of all your information for such time as may be required under applicable laws and for operational purposes of Breeze. Please refer to the Breeze Privacy Policy as well as the Terms herein, to understand how we treat information you provide to us after you have stopped using our Services. Breeze is also free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services or your account, for any reason in our discretion, including your breach of these Terms. Breeze has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS TO BREEZE SERVICES
Breeze is always improving the Services, so they may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, or we may introduce new features or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services. We have the right to change or add to these Terms of Service at any time, solely with prospective effect, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on use of Breeze by posting such changes on our website. We may provide you with notice via email, postings on our website, or through other reasonable means. In the event that you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of Breeze. You can find out when these Terms of Service were last changed by checking the Last updated date at the top of these Terms of Service.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Breeze Services, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on, provided in connection with or accessible through Breeze, are provided on as is basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Breeze makes no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever for the Services or the content, materials, information and functions made accessible by Breeze. Breeze does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, error-free or secure use of any part of the Breeze Services. Use of the Services may be interrupted due to events outside Breeze's reasonable control, such as delays in the banking system or card networks or data networks. Breeze will use commercially reasonable efforts to process payments in a timely manner, but Breeze makes no representations or warranties regarding the time it takes to complete any transaction.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Breeze disclaims any warranty of any kind with respect to the services, noninfringement, merchantability, or being fit for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or of our employees, agents or representatives; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in this section or these terms will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Except under the circumstances stated above, in no event shall Breeze be responsible or liable to you or any third party under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary, damages or losses, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses which may be incurred in connection with ;
Use of Breeze Services, or any goods, services, or information purchased, received, sold, or paid for by way of the Services;
Any loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertisement appears on the Services.
In addition to and without limiting any of the foregoing, Breeze shall not have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any condition beyond the reasonable control of itself, including but not limited to governmental action or acts of terrorism, earthquake, fire, flood or other acts of God, strikes or other industrial action, power failures and Internet outages.
INDEMNITY
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, You agree to indemnify and hold Breeze, its subsidiary, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or in any way related to any third party claims relating to (a) your use of the Services (including any actions taken by a third party using your account), and (b) your violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of such a claim, suit, or action (Claim), we will attempt to provide notice of the Claim to the contact information we have for your account (provided that failure to deliver such notice shall not eliminate or reduce your indemnification obligations hereunder).
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is concluded in English.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter
or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) (a Dispute) will be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of India. Any Dispute shall be finally resolved and adjudicated by the
courts of Bangalore.
COMMUNICATIONS
In order to communicate with you, you consent to accept and receive communications from us, including e-mail, text messages, calls, whatsapp and push notifications to the cellular telephone number you provide to us. These communications may be generated by automatic telephone dialing systems which will deliver pre-recorded messages, for the purposes of secondary authentication, receipts, reminders, and other notifications associated with your Breeze Account and transactions. You consent to accept and receive communications from us using the email address and phone number you provide. We may also send you transactional text messages and emails for the purpose of verifying your Breeze Account or notifying you about transactions you place on Merchant or partner websites.
You may opt-out of receiving communications by following the unsubscribe options we provide to you in each form of communication or from through your Breeze Account.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is to any extent invalid, illegal, or incapable of being enforced, such provision shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability; all other provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Feedback: If you provide any feedback to Breeze concerning the functionality and performance of the Breeze Services (including identifying potential errors and improvements), you hereby assign to Breeze all right, title, and interest in and to such feedback, and Breeze is free to use such feedback without payment or restriction.
Assignment: You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under these Terms without Breeze's prior written consent. Breeze reserves the right to transfer or assign these Terms or any right or obligation under these Terms at any time without consent.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Breeze Automatic platform operated by Juspay Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Stallion Business Centre, No. 444, 3rd & 4th Floor, 18th Main, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, 560095 ("Breeze Automatic," "we," "us," or "our").
Breeze provides an AI-powered conversational assistant that connects to your business systems (e.g., commerce platforms, analytics, ad networks, payment gateways) to summarise data, analyse performance, surface insights, and when authorised by you, execute commands (the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using our website (breezeautomatic.com), apps, APIs, or any other interface provided by us (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation (the "Merchant"). "You" shall include both the individual and the Merchant.
The Service is intended for B2B use only by persons above 18 years of age.
2. Eligibility and RepresentationBy accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
You are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and, where applicable, are authorised to contract on behalf of your organisation.
All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
You are not barred under applicable law from using the Service.
You will ensure your personnel have the requisite internal authority to issue commands.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny access if these representations are breached.
3. Accounts, Access and Credentials3.1. You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
3.2. You may connect third-party tools via integrations or APIs (e.g., CRM systems, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify/e-commerce platforms, payment gateways). By connecting, you authorise Breeze to access, retrieve, process, and act on data and configurations within the scope of the permissions you grant (including reading analytics and executing approved changes). You are responsible for the scope and correctness of such permissions.
3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected misuse.
4. Paid SubscriptionWe may offer certain optional subscription Services based on the User's acceptance of these and other appropriate terms and conditions. Upon User acceptance, We reserve the right to charge subscription and/or membership fees based on the specific optional Service selected by the User. When You purchase a subscription, You must provide Us with complete and accurate payment and other information required by the payment gateway provider/payment system processor. By submitting payment details, You promise that You are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details. If We do not receive payment authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled, We may immediately terminate or suspend Your access to Your subscription-based Service on the Platform. We use third party payment gateway and payment system providers services for receiving payment from Users for Our subscription-based Services.
5. The AI Copilot & Outputs5.1. The Service uses machine learning to generate summaries, analyses, recommendations, and draft commands ("Outputs"). Outputs depend on your inputs, integrations, and data quality.
5.2. Outputs are decision-support only; they are not accounting, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all actions.
6. Command Execution, Automations & Logs6.1. When you approve a recommendation or issue a command, Breeze will attempt to execute it via supported integrations. Execution may be impacted by third-party API limits, outages, or permissions.
6.2. We maintain logs of executed commands; you should maintain your own approvals and change-control processes.
6.3. Rollback may be available where supported by an integration; not all actions are reversible.
6.4. Allocation of Risks for commands - You acknowledge that actions are executed on your instructions and under your authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze is not liable for commercial or operational consequences of such actions, including lost sales, margin impact, customer experience issues, or regulatory exposure arising from your configurations or business rules.
7. Acceptable UseYou shall not:
Misuse, probe, or bypass security of the Service;
Upload unlawful content or personal data without lawful basis;
Reverse engineer proprietary components;
Use the Service to build a competing model or dataset;
Upload malware; or
Infringe third-party rights.
8.1. Customer Data. "Customer Data" means data you or your systems provide to the Service (including via integrations). Customer Data includes, without limitation, personal data and sensitive personal data of your end-customers, leads, or prospects (such as contact details, identifiers, demographic attributes, purchase history, behavioural and device information) that may be contained in CRM systems, analytics tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment gateways, or commerce platforms. You own your Customer Data. You grant Breeze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, display, and create non-human-readable model features strictly to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
8.2. Model Training Choices. Breeze does not use Customer Data or Outputs to train foundation models used for other customers. If you explicitly opt in (via admin settings or a signed addendum), Breeze may use de-identified and aggregated usage signals from your use to improve models. You may opt out at any time thereafter.
8.3. Outputs. Subject to underlying third-party rights, Breeze assigns to you, as between the parties, any IP in Outputs generated from your Customer Data. Breeze retains ownership of the Product, models, and pre-existing IP.
8.4. Feedback. You grant Breeze a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use feedback you provide to improve the Service.
9. Privacy, Data Roles & Security9.1. Data Roles. For business-contact data (user accounts, billing, support), Breeze acts as a Data Fiduciary under India's DPDP Act, 2023. For end-customer and operational data you connect (e.g., orders, payments, traffic, CRM records, campaign data), Breeze acts as your Data Processor, processing only on your documented instructions. You are responsible for ensuring a lawful basis and appropriate notices to data principals.
9.2. Security. Breeze maintains an information-security program with technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, vulnerability management, logging, and employee training.
9.3. Incidents. Breeze will promptly inform you of a personal-data breach affecting your Customer Data without undue delay to support your external notifications.
9.4. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
9.5. Integrations Data Sources: By connecting integrations (e.g., CRM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify/e-commerce, payment gateways), you instruct Breeze to access and process relevant datasets.
9.6. Sensitive Personal Data. To the extent Customer Data includes Sensitive Personal Data or Information as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, each party shall comply with its respective obligations under such Rules, in addition to the DPDP Act, 2023.
9.7. Merchant Responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have provided all necessary notices and obtained all necessary consents from data principals/end-customers whose personal data or sensitive personal data is included in the Customer Data, and that the transfer of such data to Breeze for processing in accordance with these Terms does not violate applicable law.
10. Sub-processors & Third-Party Services10.1. You authorise Breeze to engage sub-processors (e.g., hosting, monitoring, model providers) bound by obligations no less protective than these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes.
10.2. The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify); your use of such platforms is subject to their terms, which we do not control.
10.3. Cross-Border Transfers. Where Customer Data is transferred outside India, Breeze shall ensure such transfers are permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023 and will remain responsible for ensuring that sub-processors provide protection at least as protective as required under these Terms.
11. Fees & Taxes11.1. Fees and taxes are as specified in your order. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are payable in advance and non-refundable.
11.2. We may adjust pricing upon renewal with reasonable notice.
12. Confidentiality12.1. Each party ("Receiving Party") may have access to non-public, proprietary, or confidential information of the other party ("Disclosing Party") in connection with these Terms and the Service, including but not limited to business information, technical data, trade secrets, security practices, and Customer Data ("Confidential Information"). The Receiving Party agrees to:
use the Confidential Information only as necessary to perform its obligations or exercise its rights under these Terms; and
not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party, except to its employees, affiliates, contractors, or professional advisers who have a need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set out here.
12.2. The obligations in Section 12.1 do not apply to information that the Receiving Party can demonstrate:
is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms;
was lawfully known to the Receiving Party before disclosure by the Disclosing Party;
is lawfully received from a third party without restriction; or
is independently developed by the Receiving Party without use of or reference to the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information.
12.3. Each party shall use at least reasonable care (and in no event less than the standards it applies to its own confidential information) to protect the other party's Confidential Information. If the Receiving Party becomes aware of any unauthorised disclosure or use of Confidential Information, it shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party.
12.4. If the Receiving Party is required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose Confidential Information, it may do so provided it gives the Disclosing Party prompt notice (unless legally prohibited) and reasonable assistance in seeking protective measures.
12.5. The confidentiality obligations in this Section will survive termination of these Terms for a period of 3 (three) years, except that obligations regarding Customer Data and trade secrets will survive as long as such information remains confidential.
13. Warranties & DisclaimersEach party warrants it has authority to enter these Terms.
Breeze disclaimer. The Service and Outputs are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that Outputs will meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement).
14. Limitation of Liability14.1. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
14.2. Each party's liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid or payable by you during that period, except for (a) payment obligations; (b) breach of Acceptable Use; or (c) indemnities.
14.3. Command Execution. Without limiting the foregoing, Breeze Automatic shall not be liable for commercial or operational consequences of actions executed under your instructions (including disabling COD, campaign/config changes, discount updates), except to the extent caused directly by Breeze's wilful misconduct.
15. Indemnities15.1. By Breeze: We will defend and indemnify you against third-party IP infringement claims relating to the Service (excluding your data or combinations with non-Breeze items).
15.2. By You. You will defend and indemnify Breeze against claims arising from (a) your Customer Data; (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law; (c) actions/commands executed under your authorisation via integrations; (d) your configurations or business rules within connected platforms; or (e) any failure by you to obtain valid consent or provide adequate notice to data principals in respect of Customer Data shared with Breeze Automatic.
16. Suspension & Termination16.1. We may suspend access for legal, security, payment, or Acceptable Use reasons (with notice where feasible).
16.2. Either party may terminate for uncured material breach with 30 days' notice. You may terminate for convenience (no refund unless required by law).
16.3. On termination, you may export Customer Data for 30 days. We then delete or irreversibly de-identify Customer Data except as required by law.
17. ModificationsWe may update these Terms with 30 days' prior notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction18.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising under or in relation to the Terms.
19. Termination19.1. Termination by You.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by (i) deleting your Account via the in-product "Delete Account" functionality, or (ii) contacting us at privacy@juspay.in for assistance. Please note that uninstalling or deleting the Platform from your device does not itself delete your Account. Once your Account is deleted, (a) you will not be able to reactivate it or retrieve any data, and (b) all Customer Data and User Content within the Account will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
19.2. Termination by Us.
We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms or applicable law, (b) your use causes or risks harm to the Service, other users, or third parties, (c) your subscription expires or is not renewed, or (d) required by law, regulator, or court order. You agree not to attempt to re-register or access the Service through any other account if your Account has been terminated for cause.
19.3. Effect of Termination.
Your right to access and use the Platform and Services will immediately cease.
We may disassociate or delete your username, credentials, and all related files, information, and Customer Data associated with your Account, subject to any required retention under law.
Certain aggregated or de-identified usage data may be retained for analytics, security, or compliance purposes.
Termination does not affect either party's accrued rights and obligations as of the effective date of termination.
19.4. Any provisions which by their nature should survive (including but not limited to confidentiality, intellectual property, data protection, limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnities, and governing law) will continue to apply even after termination.
